Warrior Box

Our mission is to help as many health warriors as we can! So we've launched Sponsor a Warrior Box! In our menu you can now:

• Nominate a Warrior- Complete this form to nominate your health warrior. We will add them to a list and once we have a sponsor they will receive a Warrior Box. (A health warrior is anyone working to regain their health. These battles look different for each of us but all benefit from support!)
• Sponsor a Box- Under the Sponsor a Box tab you can purchase a Warrior Box to have sent to a health warrior that has been nominated on our site, or health warrior at a medical center. (You can choose to sponsor a box anonymously, with your first name and last initial displayed, or business name.) You purchase the box and we do the rest!
• For Business and Organizations- your business and contact information can be added to the insert inside the Warrior Box. This is a great way to advertise while giving back to the community and supporting a health warrior!
