Become a Warrior Box sponsor by purchasing a box that we will send to an eligible nominated Health Warrior or local medical center on your behalf.

2. Cart- Add Personalized Message- Please add the name or business name  that you would like displayed on the insert card inside the Sponsored Box here.    
3. Checkout, complete the delivery section with your address.  *This package will not be delivered to you, but will be sent to a local Health Warrior.
4. Complete your Payment Information and Select Pay Now.
5. Warrior Box will process your order and deliver the Sponsored Box to a local Health Warrior the following week.
